Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain software applications within the Human Resources domain.
Ensure system performance and client experiences are continuously optimized and improved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and turn them into technical strategies.
Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and calculations that enhance business operations.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR application advancements, adopting new features and best practices.
Contribute to the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and other project artifacts.

Skills

Proven application development experience, with proficiency in .NET, Java, and related technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Experience with application customization rather than focusing only on programming languages.
Familiarity with single sign-on technology and Jira.
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
