The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. The hotel includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a collection of distinctive dining and entertainment spaces, providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

As a Casual Events Bartender, you will support a wide range of high-profile events, from elegant receptions and private dinners to large-scale celebrations and bespoke experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark hotel opening and deliver exceptional service within a luxury events environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality bar service during events and functions

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft beverages

Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness of bar areas

Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner

Work collaboratively with the wider events and F&B team

Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards

Support set-up and breakdown of event bar spaces as required

About You

Previous bar experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume service environments

Confident working busy events while maintaining attention to detail

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service standards

Friendly, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

A natural team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences
