Training Consultant - Vulnerability Subject Matter Expert (Contract)

UK | Remote

4-5 Months | 2–3 Days Per Week

Financial Services | Consumer Duty | Frontline Banking

We’re looking for an experienced Training Vulnerability SME to help shape and accredit a new training programme for frontline banking teams (CRMs & PBMs).

This role will play a key part in strengthening how colleagues identify and support vulnerable customers — translating Consumer Duty and regulatory expectations into practical, real-world guidance.

What you’ll bring:

Deep expertise in customer vulnerability (financial services)

Strong knowledge of Consumer Duty

Experience supporting frontline retail banking environments

Exposure to training design or accreditation

Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance

You’ll work closely with learning designers and stakeholders to shape immersive, scenario-based training that genuinely improves outcomes for vulnerable customers.
