Job Title: Azure Data Engineer / Power BI Developer with Banking exp.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Contract opportunity

Required Experience: 8+ Years

We have 2 roles here, "Azure Data Engineer" and "Power BI Developer", both roles we are looking for Banking domain experiences candidates with hands on Python

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development / Data Engineer-ADF, with proven work in financial services or capital markets.

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, file system management, and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.

• Solid understanding of capital markets, trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and risk concepts.

• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL (T-SQL preferred).

• Experience working with large datasets from data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud-based sources.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
