Global Project Management: Act as the regional subject matter expert (SME) and representative for major global projects related to proxy infrastructure and security evolution.

Incident & Advisory Support: Research and provide expert-level solutions for security-related questions, incidents, or complex access issues.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify issues or knowledge gaps within the production security environment and implement corrective actions.

Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other SMEs and team members to integrate security best practices and share technical insights.

Compliance & Governance: Strictly adhere to internal operational security policies and follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management) to the letter.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM Production or Security Operations.

Strong hands-on expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.

Ability to lead technical tasks with minimal oversight while ensuring alignment with global security standards.

Competencies

Subject Matter Expertise: Proven ability to serve as a reference point for IAM and Extended Rights activities.

Analytical Thinking: Strong capacity to analyze complex security rules and propose optimized, secure alternatives.

Collaboration: Excellent team player with the ability to represent regional interests in global, crossfunctional project meetings.
