This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.
About The Role:
We are seeking a Mobile Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences, a team player, and is looking to grow their career alongside a team of highly skilled professionals with projects spanning multiple mobile applications across our enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, review, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart across multiple FacilityOS product lines
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with our Azure-based .NET backend services (RESTful APIs)
Maintain high quality code standards using Code Review, Static code analysis tools, implementing new tools or standards
Participate in Peer code review
Work directly with the Engineering team, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
Collaborate with backend developers to design and optimize API endpoints for mobile consumption
Research and initiate innovative mobile development approaches and architectural patterns that would benefit the FacilityOS platform
Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of existing Xamarin/MAUI applications as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart with a proven track record of published applications
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design / Cupertino design patterns
Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and cloud services
Knowledge of mobile application lifecycle, deployment processes, and app store submission (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
Understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection
Experience with .NET, C#, and Xamarin/MAUI is a significant advantage
Proactive, curious, investigative mindset with attention to quality and details
Passionate about mobile technologies and staying current with industry trends
Ability to self-manage priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with offline-first mobile architecture and local database solutions (SQLite etc.)
Experience with Azure and .net
Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin) for platform-specific implementations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Experience with push notifications, background processing, and mobile device capabilities
Understanding of enterprise mobile application requirements and multi-tenant architectures
