Job title Account Executive Role Summary Lead outbound B2B SaaS sales for a high‑growth SaaS platform. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, driving new logo acquisition and expansion within designated vertical territory. Expectations - Hit and exceed revenue targets; uncapped OTE with strong upside. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities (60%+ outbound). - Demonstrate consistent over‑achievement and high quota attainment. - Work as a hunter in a fast‑moving start‑up/scale‑up environment. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and close new logo and expansion opportunities in SMB‑MM‑ENT verticals. - Design and execute territory sales strategy in partnership with Sales Manager. - Conduct platform demos; collaborate with Sales Engineering on complex deals. - Document all sales activity accurately in Salesforce, tracking risks, competition, and buyer stages. - Negotiate contracts and hand off closed accounts to Customer Success. - Engage executive‑level decision makers, addressing questions and objections. - Partner with BDR/SDR and Marketing to generate, nurture, and convert leads. Required Skills - 3+ years B2B SaaS or subscription‑based software sales experience. - Proven outbound hunter skills: cold calling, cold emailing, social selling. - Ability to sell to complex enterprises and multi‑module platforms. - Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and analytics tools. - Excellent communication, active listening, executive‑level stakeholder engagement. - Adaptable, tenacious, growth‑mindset, highly coachable. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry‑specific) is a plus.
