Job Title: Enterprise Client Onboarding Lead – Sustainability & Carbon Markets

Location: Mountain View, CA 94043

Duration: 06 Months Contract

Pay rate: $110/hr on W2 (No benefits)

Description:

We’re looking for a Client Implementation Manager to drive the successful onboarding and implementation of our product for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll ensure clients achieve their business outcomes while acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead Client Onboarding: Own the end-to-end implementation process for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success.
Coordinate Across Teams: Act as the “voice of the customer” to Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams. Identify and resolve technical blockers to keep projects on track.
Pilot Project Management: Define pilot project scope, create detailed schedules, and manage deliverables in close collaboration with clients.
Mitigate Risks: Identify at-risk implementations early and develop turnaround plans to prevent churn and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills:

Customer Focus: You care deeply about helping clients succeed and delivering measurable business value.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for executives.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with carbon markets, sustainability initiatives, or ESG reporting is highly desirable.

Experience:

2–5 years in project management, client implementation, or customer success, preferably in startups or enterprise environments. Experience in sustainability or carbon markets is a plus.

Certifications (Optional): PMP, CAPM, or equivalent. Proven experience managing multiple complex pilot deployments is valued more.
