We are currently partnering with a children's charity, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a national charity who work with schools to empower young people and actively working on a growth strategy.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £36,000 per annum and the start date is April 2026 subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
Supporting hiring managers with recruitment planning, candidate engagement and onboarding processes
Supporting managers with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to ensure consistent and compliant people management
Managing the LMS and actively promoting CPD
Identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives to support organisational development

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Ideally CIPD qualified
Recruitment and L&D expertise
Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:

35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (Tues-Thurs in office)
