Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner – e Billing, Legal Operations (Matter Management)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

NOTES- We need strong legal experience, please focus on getting a candidate with legal and Salesforce implementation experience

Job Description:

8-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the legal domain, especially within Legal Tech platforms.
8+ years of work experience with Legal Operations.
4-5 years of experience in e-Billing and Matter management.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for various audiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to enhance user experience, including design, user interface (UI) improvement, and refining content while creating visuals and diagrams for technical support material.
