Our Billing Clerk is an integral part of our team, responsible for implementing the Firm’s processes and systems related to timekeeping, billing, retainer replenishment, and reporting related to our billing process.

They will have at least 2 years of experience managing billing-related processes and systems in a professional services business (preferably a law firm), have excellent client relationship skills, be the go-to person when their friends need help with Excel, and want to be a part of a fast-growing, stellar team. Experience with MS Office, Clio, and LawPay is a major plus as well!

Our Billing Clerk makes sure time entries are robust and demonstrate value so clients both understand their invoices and the value of the services they receive. The Billing Clerk ensures bills are timely generated, edited, approved by the proper person, and sent out twice a month. They assist with communications in a professional manner as necessary to ensure bills are paid on time, and client trust retainers are replenished, thereby ensuring that the Firm always has sufficient funds to meet each client’s needs.

Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly DOE
