This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling its Salesforce capabilities. As a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, you will become a key member of a small, dynamic team with the potential to evolve into a fully developed business unit. You’ll take ownership of foundational initiatives such as permissions optimization, data governance, and system enhancements while supporting light configuration and automation work. The role also offers exposure to integrating Soligo and iPaaS solutions into Salesforce, providing experience with innovative, cloud-based integrations. Working closely with the CTO, you will help enhance and optimize the platform internally while improving overall system efficiency and user experience. This position offers strong growth potential as the Salesforce environment matures and expands to support broader business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Strong understanding creating and troubleshooting roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Experience building Flows and basic automation
Comfortable managing support tickets and stakeholder requests
Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem

PLUS SKILLS:

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or active progress toward certification).
Background supporting home services or field-service–driven businesses (e.g., roofing, HVAC, utilities).
Experience responding and troubleshooting Zoho Desk

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit and optimize user roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security
Lead data hygiene efforts, including validation rules and data cleanup initiatives
Standardize fields and enforce data governance best practices
Manage and triage Salesforce-related tickets in Zoho Desk
Identify recurring system issues and recommend process improvements
Build and maintain Flows using Salesforce Flow Builder
Modify page layouts, Lightning record pages, and create custom fields
Provide ongoing system support while contributing to continuous platform improvement
