About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Analyst to support the development of a Generative AI-powered Insurance platform leveraging LLMs, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance underwriting, claims, and policy servicing workflows.

This role bridges Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define AI-driven features, roadmap priorities, PRDs, and user stories
Translate insurance workflows into structured product requirements
Develop GenAI use cases (document summarization, Q&A, data extraction, workflow automation)
Support prompt strategy, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and lead cross-functional workshops
Ensure compliance, governance, and risk alignment

Required Experience:

7–10 years in Product Strategy / Business Analysis / Product Operations
Strong Insurance domain experience (Underwriting, Claims, Policy Servicing)
Exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based applications
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
