Location: Weekly visits to South West England, so candidates need to be West of Sussex, below M4 corridor.

The Midlands, North West and North are too far to commute to a regional office.

Our client has created a brand new permanent role within its SaaS business for an Operations Director.

Leading a team of 4 direct reports and 30 staff in total, the ideal person will have experience across:

Customer Success and delivery of this
Business Transformation
Change Management
The end-to-end customer journey
AI usage across customer support
Data Security
Operations Delivery
Operational leadership at Director Level

This new role is part of an 18 to 36-month business transformation to improve the customer journey on the use of its product.

It is not a multinational, and needs someone quite empathetic to an established team

What will the successful candidate look like?

Experienced in Operations Management, ideally in a software, SaaS environment

Good people-centric skills

Strong customer success and relationship management skills

Able to bring people to a business/change/transformation

Success in doing the above.

Positivity and motivation

The role is permanent only.

Client likes longevity in job roles.

This is for an established, successful business operation with a long-standing team as part of their new business strategy to grow. Change and business transformation will take time.
