We work shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing leaders to build bespoke, in-house performance marketing capabilities that break down silos, put the consumer at the centre, and drive measurable commercial impact.
In 2026, our focus has sharpened around AI-powered marketing transformation. We help brands navigate the shift to an AI-driven world by designing new ways of working, deploying intelligent marketing agents, and leveraging WPP Open (WPP’s proprietary AI platform) to deliver breakthrough results. We are scaling our AI practice rapidly and looking for a sharp, motivated intern to join the team and contribute from day one.

If you’re finishing a Master’s programme and want to hit the ground running in AI-driven marketing transformation, this is the role.

Document agent performance, capture learnings, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Workshops & Client Engagement
Support the preparation and delivery of AI Discovery Workshops and transformation sessions for senior marketing leaders.
Help develop workshop materials, including diagnostic frameworks, interactive exercises, and output templates.
Attend and contribute to client meetings, with the opportunity to present specific sections or findings as your confidence grows.
Support the delivery of internal training and enablement sessions on AI tools and ways of working.
Go-to-Market & Research
Help develop pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and other sales collateral for new business development.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to keep our AI propositions sharp and well-positioned.
