Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support the modernization and migration of legacy systems into a modern application platform. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, system validation, and successful migration of legacy technologies into a newer system architecture.

This role will contribute to improving workflows related to permitting, infrastructure review processes, and automated workload management, while supporting system integration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in transitioning legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, and Mainframe environments) into a modern platform.

Ensure data validation, integrity, and accuracy during system migration.

Implement enhancements that support automated workload assignments and workflow optimization.

Contribute to the development of applications that support online submissions, tracking, invoicing, and payments.

Support system integrations and enterprise workflow automation initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, analysts, and vendors to implement technical solutions.
