We are partnering with a highly regarded global diversified group, who are actively looking for a UK based M&A Associate Director. Our client will need the individual to start in May or early June and the initial contract is likely to last 10-12 months with s possibility of a permanent role thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with leaders across the business, supporting origination efforts to drive growth via M&A
Manage multiple transaction streams delivering deal execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and manage external advisors, managing the multiple parties involved in the transaction processes.
High level research around complex market data, to develop key market drivers and intelligence.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in Corporate Finance within a leading advisory firm (Big 4) or investment bank and track record of supporting multiple M&A deals over the last 8-12 years.
Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
