Join a dynamic analytics project focused on enhancing business intelligence reporting using Looker. This freelance role involves expanding and optimizing reporting capabilities, including the creation of new reports, modification of existing dashboards, and providing strategic input to improve analytics offerings for end customers. Deliverables

Design and develop new Looker reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements
Modify and optimize existing reports for improved clarity and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
Provide expert advice on best practices for Looker and BI tool usage
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports
Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements

Proven experience with Looker and LookML for report and dashboard development
Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics concepts
Proficiency with Google BigQuery and integration with Looker
Familiarity with other BI tools is a plus
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Availability to start promptly and commit to project timelines
