About the Role:
Job Title – Agile Delivery Manager
Location – London, UK
Mode of Work – Hybrid 1 Days Onsite Per Week

Must have skills –
Expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Kanban, Scrum, and Lean, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing these frameworks in complex environments.
Skill Set & Experience (Mandatory unless stated otherwise):
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Kanban, Scrum, and Lean, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing these frameworks in complex environments.
Proven background in Programme and Project Management within technology organizations, ideally in the insurance sector.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage effectively with teams such as Engineering & Cloud Services, Services & Controls (i.e., IT Controls, audit, disaster recovery), and Digital Workplace Services.
Demonstrated proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; experience with whiteboarding tools such as Lucid is advantageous.
Proficient in delivery techniques such as systems mapping, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, stakeholder mapping, resource forecasting, and interpreting flow metrics/reporting (e.g., burn down charts).
Strong facilitation skills across discovery workshops, planning, lessons learned, and other group sessions.
Confident working independently with minimal direction, delivering value in high-paced, dynamic settings.
Track record of mentoring and coaching Project Managers, Senior Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, including leading workshops and individual sessions.
Prior experience with service-oriented teams and exposure to PI Planning (nice to have).
Experienced in creating executive-ready reports and presentations for senior leadership, clearly articulating delivery progress, risks, and key decisions required.
General experience in Change Management; familiarity with methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on embedding change throughout the delivery lifecycle and driving business impact.
Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, the ability to influence others, and a proactive, product-mindset with experience influencing cultural and delivery change.
