About the Company:

A European investment firm headquartered in Brussels is expanding its discretionary portfolio management activities and is seeking experienced Senior Portfolio Managers with an existing book of clients (AUM) or a proven ability to raise assets within a private wealth environment.

The firm is in the final stages of obtaining its investment firm license and offers an institutional, fully regulated framework designed for seasoned professionals wishing to accelerate the development of their client base.

Role Overview

The firm seeks senior profiles capable of contributing meaningfully to the growth of managed assets through strong client relationships, deep wealth‑management expertise, and a long-term commercial mindset.

Portfolio Managers join under a full-time employment contract, operating within a structured environment that provides all necessary regulatory, operational, and technological support.

Variable compensation directly linked to AUM and net growth (not capped)

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

Solid background in private banking or discretionary portfolio management
Proven track record in managing and advising private clients
Demonstrated commercial development capacity
Experience with HNWI / UHNWI, entrepreneurs, family offices or professional clients
