Analyse risks, feasibility, and business impact to support informed decision‑making.
Map and assess current processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain clear documentation, ensuring full traceability from requirements through development, testing, and final delivery.
Develop compelling business cases to support prioritisation, funding decisions, and solution approval.

Solution Design & Delivery

Work closely with designers, developers, and software suppliers to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical constraints.
Configure and document software and processes using agreed methodologies and tools.

Contribute to the implementation and extension of a Common Data Model, enabling consistent reporting and analytics across multiple systems.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Plan, execute, monitor, and control business analysis activities, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters.
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and design sessions across business and technology teams.
Provide direction to project teams on business analysis approaches and best practices.
Identify process efficiencies, automation opportunities, and improvements in data accuracy, workflows, and reporting processes.

Mandatory Requirements

7–10 years of IT experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
Strong background working in Agile environments, with hands‑on experience coaching Product Owners and business stakeholders in Agile practices.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and delivery methodologies.
4‑year IT degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Desirable Skills

Lean Practitioner training or experience.
Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM, etc.).
Experience with financial, risk, or trading data environments is advantageous.
