Job Specifications
Wripple's CPG client is looking for a Senior Designer to create high-quality, strategically grounded creative for their in-house agency. This role collaborates closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists and reports to the Associate Creative Lead (ACL).
You’ll translate business objectives and consumer insights into compelling creative, uphold brand governance across multiple brands, and help bring AI-enabled workflows into our process.
This is a 40 hour/week, 2-3 month contract-to-hire opportunity. You must be able to be onsite at the client's office 3-4 days/week in downtown Atlanta.
What You’ll Do
Concept and design digital, social, retail and eCommerce content.
Turn business goals and consumer insights into creative that drives results.
Ensure brand consistency and strong visual identity across multiple brands.
Present clear design rationale tied to strategy and success metrics.
Work proactively—managing multiple projects and anticipating needs.
Use and explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Neurons, Runway, Firefly, etc.) to ideate, prototype, or automate lower-level tasks.
Collaborate daily with Art Directors, Copywriters, and cross-functional partners.
Manage tasks and proofs in Workfront with strong organizational discipline.
What You Bring
5–8+ years of design experience; CPG/retail a plus.
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with AI creative tools and willingness to experiment.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across channels.
Ability to articulate design decisions and connect them to business impact.
Strong collaborator, principled entrepreneur, continuous learner.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent time management.
Understanding of brand guidelines, governance, and multi-brand systems.
Nice to Have
Motion/3D experience, eCommerce design knowledge, shopper/retail experience, Workfront familiarity, or ability to apply data/insights to refine creative.
