Key Responsibilities

Lead testing across large and complex transformation programmes.
Define and implement the overall testing strategy.
Define and drive the automation strategy.
Manage testing capability development and competency building.
Build and develop high-performing testing teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions.
Manage testing demand and supply across programmes.
Drive Gen AI infusion into testing processes and transformation initiatives.
Demonstrate experience within finance environments (advantageous).

Performance & Delivery Metrics

Performance will be measured across the following areas:

1. Contribution to Customer Projects

Quality of delivery
SLA and ETA adherence
Number of tickets resolved
Problems solved
Change requests implemented
Zero customer escalations
Customer satisfaction (CSAT)

2. Automation

Process optimisation
Reduction in process steps
Reduction in ticket volumes

3. Skill Upgradation & Competency Building

Number of trainings and certifications completed
Wipro internal exams cleared
Papers, articles, and case studies published internally
Continuous participation in seminars and knowledge-sharing initiatives
