Position : ServiceNow Field Service Tester

Location: San Fransisco,CA/Onsite

Duration : Long Term

Ensuring the quality of ServiceNow's Field Service Management (FSM) module through manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include designing and executing detailed test plans, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, and validating that FSM solutions align with business requirements for work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for the ServiceNow FSM module covering work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile features.

• Identify, document, and report defects and bugs to the development team.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business needs.

• Perform manual end-user testing and develop automated tests to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Validate functionality, performance, security, and integrations of the FSM module.

• Conduct regression testing to verify that new changes do not impact existing functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.

• Solid knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.

• Experience with test management and automation tools.

• Proficiency in both manual testing and automation scripting (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ServiceNow FSM Implementation Specialist preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and participate in planning and retrospective meetings.
