Position: ServiceNow Test Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA – Onsite

Type of Employment: Contract

Need Only Green Card & US Citizens Only.

Role Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications, ensuring full coverage of all modules and functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test objectives.

• Perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing.

• Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.

• Create and maintain test data and dedicated test environments.

• Provide guidance and support to junior testers.

• Work with the application team and/or client to resolve issues that arise during testing.

• Analyse test requirements, then design and execute the appropriate tests.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow testing.

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications.

• Ability to develop detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts.

• Experience with functional, integration, regression and performance testing methodologies.

• Proven defect tracking and resolution skills.

• Ability to create and maintain realistic test data and environments.
