LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Director of Analytics to lead marketing measurement, forecasting, and experimentation for a performance-driven advertising agency here in Chicago.

This role will translate complex marketing data into clear insights that inform media investment decisions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders, helping teams move from data to action.

This position is located in downtown Chicago and is onsite 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do

Translate strategic marketing questions into structured analyses with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
Develop channel and funnel performance views, including performance trends, marginal ROAS, LTV/CAC cohort analysis, and creative performance insights.
Analyze site behavior and paid media performance across channels including search, social, programmatic, retail media, and CTV.
Build near-term forecasts using statistical approaches such as regression or time-series models, and explain forecast vs. actual performance, including key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with data science teams on advanced modeling initiatives such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), helping define objectives and validate results.
Design and analyze geo-tests and other causal measurement studies, establishing testing guardrails such as statistical power, minimum detectable effect (MDE), and contamination checks.
Combine platform reporting, incrementality testing, and modeling outputs into clear insights that inform dashboards and day-to-day optimization decisions.
Collaborate with data visualization teams to improve dashboard usability, define requirements, and ensure data accuracy.
Lead analytics discussions with clients and stakeholders, presenting forecasts, test results, and performance insights with clear recommendations.
Create playbooks and frameworks that enable media and growth teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.
Contribute to the analytics innovation roadmap, exploring improvements in measurement, new dashboards, and AI/LLM-driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, or marketing data science within an agency, consulting, or high-growth marketing environment
3+ years experience analyzing performance marketing data across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, retail media, or CTV
Experience building forecasts and translating data into actionable marketing insights for business and media investment decisions
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments, incrementality studies, or causal measurement frameworks
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Having experience with marketing measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or light MMM approaches is a MUST.
Knowledge of CTV and retail media measurement frameworks
Experience with data infrastructure and tools such as AWS/S3, Supermetrics, or dbt-style data modeling is a MUST.
Experience evaluating analytics or measurement vendors and presenting recommendations to leadership
Must be comfortable in a client-facing role, where you will have the opportunity to present findings and make recommendations

This position pays $170k-$185k as a base salary, dependent upon years of experience and background qualifications, and offers a full suite of benefits including (but not limited to): medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k, and a generous PTO policy.

This position requires the candidate to be in office two days a week in downtown Chicago.
