We're looking for: An engineer who can build anything end to end — frontend to backend to infrastructure to AI. You'll write Node.js APIs in the morning, fine-tune a Python ML pipeline after lunch, and debug a Docker deployment before dinner. We don't have the luxury of specialists who only touch one layer of the stack. You need to be dangerous across all of it. On the backend, you'll architect and build microservices in Node.js, design scalable APIs, and work with databases that handle complex audit and financial data. On the AI side, you'll work in Python building and integrating LLMs into our agentic platform, designing tool-use architectures, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and integrating open-source models. On the DevOps side, you'll own CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud infrastructure (AWS), monitoring, and making sure everything stays up when a CPA firm runs 500 audits through our system at once. You should have strong opinions about code quality, hate spaghetti code, and believe that good architecture is what separates a product that scales from one that collapses. Experience with multi-agent systems, LangChain or similar frameworks, and building AI products in production (not just demos) is a huge plus.
