Job Title: Quality Engineer (AI / Agentic Test Automation)

Location: Anywhere in Bay Area (Hybrid)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in AI-driven testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leveraging Agentic AI or similar intelligent automation tools for test case generation and quality validation. This role requires deep expertise in modern QA practices, automation frameworks, and collaboration within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies and frameworks

Generate and optimize test cases using Agentic AI or AI-assisted tools

Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

Execute functional, integration, and regression testing

Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling

Required Qualifications:

8–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing

Experience with AI-driven testing approaches or Agentic AI for test generation

Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or e-commerce domains

Exposure to cloud-based testing environments

Familiarity with modern programming or scripting languages used in automation
