Requirements

The purpose of the Commercial Director - Strategic Partnerships role is to grow our NHS partnerships and bring in the full benefit of HealthHero's products and clinical offering into wider adoption by the NHS.

Requirements & Objectives

Take overall responsibility for the development of new business opportunities with NHS/ government bodies in UK & Ireland
Meet revenue targets
Report monthly to the operating management team the performance to budget, key actions to achieve the plan and emerging risks and opportunities
Analyse market and create and adapt our growth strategy in line with trends and opportunities
Have a good understanding of current landscape of clinical and digital products in the NHS, and demonstrate ability to articulate how our offering fits the market, and how our products could be configured to meet customer needs
Develop compelling propositions and client pitches
Drive the commercial contracting process
Engage with system stakeholders and wider industry representing HealthHero in the best possible way, while positioning the business for success and acquiring continued understanding of market direction and opportunities

Mental agility to work in a fast paced environment with multiple internal stakeholders
Excellent work ethic

Experience and knowledge in the following areas is a must have:

Knowledge of NHS and experience with some parts of the system at least - whether from the outside or inside
Product or solution based selling
Bid writing and bid management
People management
