IT Managed Services & Infrastructure Support sector.

On-site end-user computing and desktop support across France for enterprise and SMB customers.

Hands-on role delivering hardware, software and user-support services to keep business operations running smoothly.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver on-site first- and second-line desktop support for Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals across multiple office locations.
Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents via the ticketing system; escalate complex issues to network/security teams and follow through to closure within SLA.
Manage user accounts, group memberships and permissions in Active Directory and handle Microsoft 365 provisioning and mailbox support.
Deploy and maintain endpoint images, apply patches and manage device lifecycle using SCCM / Intune and standard imaging processes.
Perform hardware diagnostics, repair and replacement; install and configure peripherals, Wi-Fi and local network connections.
Document troubleshooting steps, maintain knowledge base articles and participate in continuous improvement of support processes.
