Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a GenAI Developer to build intelligent document extraction solutions using Microsoft and Azure AI technologies. The role focuses on transforming unstructured documents into accurate, structured data using Generative AI and cognitive services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI-powered document extraction pipelines using Microsoft OpenAI and Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer)

• Build workflows to process unstructured documents (PDFs, emails, orders, handwritten notes) into structured and validated outputs

• Design and optimize prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and model orchestration for improved accuracy

• Translate business rules and document formats into scalable AI-driven extraction solutions

• Implement best practices for AI quality, data privacy, security, and compliance

• Monitor model performance, analyze errors, and continuously improve extraction accuracy through tuning and workflow optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience delivering real-world AI/GenAI projects

• Experience with Microsoft OpenAI models and Azure AI Document Intelligence

• Strong understanding of document processing and intelligent data extraction

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI workflow design

• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and enterprise AI best practices

• Ability to work with product and engineering teams in agile environments
