Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor at Vention…

You’ll be at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring our innovative hardware and industrial automation solutions reach our customers with speed and precision. You won’t just manage a shift; you’ll help shape a high-performing team and play a key role in scaling our logistics as we redefine industrial automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a seamless operation, fostering a culture where safety, quality, and teamwork are the standard.

What You’ll Do

Empower and lead your fulfillment team, fostering a collaborative environment across picking, packing, and receiving to hit our daily milestones.
Optimize the flow of orders by monitoring performance in real-time and making smart, agile adjustments to labor and resources to keep us on track.
Drive fulfillment excellence by ensuring every package meets our accuracy standards and arrives on time for shipping commitments.
Coach and mentor team members on Lean practices and safety protocols, helping everyone on the floor grow their skills and work more effectively.
Bridge the gap between teams and shifts by coordinating with other supervisors to ensure a smooth handoff and clear communication of wins and challenges.
Problem-solve on the fly, tackling operational hurdles as they arise and identifying ways we can continuously improve our processes.
