To support our next stage of growth, we are seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to partner closely with our CFO in building a high-quality, scalable finance function. This role will be responsible for GAAP-compliant financial reporting, payroll oversight, financial systems transformation, and supporting audits, corporate tax filings, and grant financing.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the finance infrastructure of a high-growth health technology company.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

• Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary

• ESOP eligible
