Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a talented developer to help advance a cutting-edge platform that enables athlete training and performance insights. We are committed to building innovative solutions by integrating on-premise applications, cloud services, and seamless front-end experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain features across Python on-premise applications, cloud backend services, and React frontend interfaces.
Develop event-driven AWS workflows to support video ingestion, processing, and insights delivery.
Design and implement Python components and AWS services for athlete activity sharing, including handling third-party API integrations and OAuth flows.
Collaborate in code reviews, write tests, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment improvements.
Required
3-5 years of professional engineering experience working with Python production services and scripting.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript in backend or full-stack development and practical experience with React for building components and API integration.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, and CloudWatch, plus infrastructure as code using AWS CDK.
Demonstrated ability to debug distributed systems using logs and observability tools, and experience with REST APIs, asynchronous processing, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
