Job Title: Sr. Analyst – Saviynt (Technical Saviynt Engineer)

Experience: 7+ Years IAM | 3+ Years Saviynt

Employment Type: Managed Services / Production Support

Location: Open (Flexible to support Offshore team on need basis)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Saviynt with strong hands-on technical expertise in Saviynt IGA platform. This role is focused on production support, troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and application onboarding within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong debugging skills, failure analysis capabilities, and experience supporting Saviynt upgrade and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Saviynt IGA platform.
Identify failed tasks, analyze root cause, and drive remediation by coordinating with application owners.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of BAU issues across workflows, access requests, certifications, and integrations.
Support and participate in Saviynt upgrade activities and post-upgrade validations.
Work on minor enhancements including:
Workflow modifications
Entitlement updates
Application-related fixes
Support application onboarding activities including:
Requirement gathering
Connector configuration
Testing and deployment support
Assist development teams during production deployments.
Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and platform configuration.
Collaborate effectively with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Operate within a managed services model with SLA adherence and incident tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall IAM experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA.
Strong technical knowledge of:
Saviynt IGA modules
Workflows
Access Request & Certifications
Connectors & Integrations
Saviynt IGA tools and administration
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in BAU environments.
Experience identifying and resolving task failures and job issues.
Knowledge of application onboarding lifecycle.
Experience supporting production deployments.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with business and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexible to support offshore team on need basis.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Saviynt upgrade projects.
Exposure to JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle implementations.
Experience working in managed services environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive problem identification.

Important Note

This is a technical Saviynt Engineer role. Candidates without strong debugging, troubleshooting, and hands-on Saviynt experience will not be considered. Non-technical profiles will not qualify for this position.
