Job Specifications
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to manage and support enterprise infrastructure and application environments across multiple platforms. This role involves server and network administration, automation scripting, DevOps collaboration, and support for IoT/OT systems while ensuring security compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Application Management
Manage and support enterprise infrastructure and applications across multiple platforms.
Lead and support technology initiatives such as Proof of Concept (PoC), RFP, and RFE activities.
Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Network & Security Administration
Configure and manage network components including routers, switches, load balancers, proxies, firewalls, and DMZ environments.
Manage networking configurations such as IP addresses, ports, subnets, and MAC addresses.
Implement and maintain authentication and access control mechanisms including RBAC, Kerberos, SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
Server & Platform Administration
Administer servers across operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
Support enterprise vendor ecosystems such as CA Technologies, BMC, and IBM DataPower.
Automation & Scripting
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Perl, and Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
DevOps & Cloud Collaboration
Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Assist with deployment automation and infrastructure optimization.
IoT / OT Systems Support
Provide troubleshooting and operational support for IoT and OT devices across platforms including Android, Windows, Linux, Unix, and iOS.
Manage device upgrades and resolve operational issues.
Security & Compliance
Collaborate with security teams to implement approved security controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, servers, and networking environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and network administration.
Hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience supporting IoT/OT environments.
