Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long-term
Note : Looking for someone with Retail and Salesforce Commerce cloud background.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum 10 years of QA experience designing and executing test cases, testing software, and validating data for eCommerce websites and backend applications, including order management systems.
Minimum 3 years’ experience executing automation test scripts using industry standard automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Soap UI, Postman, JMeter, Appium, Cucumber etc.
Solid understanding of the Test Pyramid and ability to execute automated tests across all levels (Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance / end-to-end).
Proficient understanding of both REST and SOAP web services and ability to develop automated testing for web services / interfaces.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining and executing Automated testing scripts.
Retail industry experience preferred, especially related to any of the following areas: store operations, warehouse distribution, store allocation, merchandising, marketing, accounting, and finance.
Expert understanding of the effects of enhancements test on downstream processes.
Proficient, end-to-end understanding and experience with knowledge of system development life cycles.
Strong understanding and hands on experience working with fast phased Agile/SCRUM teams, located onsite and offshore.
Working ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
Proficient ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
Consistently demonstrates a commitment to client policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
Ability to take little direction and achieve quality results independently.
Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English, including the ability to provide clear, constructive direction and feedback to team members.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent year-for-year experience preferred.
Operational knowledge of IBM iSeries, JDA, SAP, PKMS, and .Net application development environments a plus.
