BasePoint delivers face-to-face marketing campaigns for major UK brands across broadband, energy, and consumer services.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for individuals who want to develop real communication, marketing, and leadership skills through hands-on experience, rather than working behind a desk.

What the Role Involves

This is a field-based marketing position focused on live customer engagement.

You will:

• Engage directly with customers in residential and event environments

• Represent established brands professionally

• Communicate products and services clearly and confidently

• Support the delivery and improvement of marketing campaigns

• Work as part of a performance-driven team

This role focuses on practical marketing and communication skills developed through real customer interaction.

Training & Development

Successful candidates receive structured training in:
