We’re looking for a hands-on Azure Platform Engineer who enjoys improving systems, building automation, and helping development teams work more efficiently.

In this role, you’ll evaluate our existing cloud infrastructure, implement automation, and help create more scalable and efficient ways for teams to provision and manage resources. This position will play an important role in shaping how our internal cloud platform evolves.

You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and implement modern cloud and automation practices.

What You'll Help Improve

Automating Azure infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
Reducing manual work for development and operations teams
Building internal platforms and self-service infrastructure capabilities
Improving security, governance, and identity management across cloud systems
Streamlining onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle automation processes
Evaluating existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

Evaluate the current cloud environment and recommend improvements
Design and implement scalable solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructure
Develop architecture documentation and technical design plans for new solutions

Automation & Platform Engineering

Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
Build scripts and automation tools using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
Improve internal systems by reducing manual tasks and implementing automation
Help enable self-service infrastructure capabilities for development teams

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the engineering team
Communicate technical ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Security & Governance

Implement identity and access management best practices
Ensure solutions meet internal security standards and compliance requirements
Partner with security teams to improve monitoring and governance across systems

What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure
Experience automating infrastructure using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting
Experience improving systems through automation and process optimization
Understanding of identity management, security, and access controls
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, etc.)
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Exposure to AWS infrastructure
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure
