Senior Full Stack Developer (React Focused)

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+ (High extension potential)

Split: 60% React Frontend | 40% C#/.NET Backend

The Role

Join a high-visibility team as a Senior Contributor driving frontend architecture and API integration. You will lead complex React development while collaborating deeply with a C#/.NET backend ecosystem.

Core Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in professional web development.
React Expert: 4+ years of dedicated React.js (Hooks, Context/Redux, Routing, TypeScript).
Full Stack Capability: Strong foundational knowledge of C#/.NET Core and Web API for seamless integration.
UI/UX Excellence: Proficiency in modern CSS (Tailwind/MUI) and component-driven architecture.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and drive performance tuning.

Tech Stack Differentiators

Advanced State Management (Redux/Signals).
Security (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Cloud/DevOps (Azure, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience in Enterprise Microservices.

Quick Details

Schedule: 2 days onsite in Madison; 3 days remote.
Process: 1-2 Rounds (Video → Onsite).
Environment: Modern Microsoft + React stack; collaborative Agile team.
