Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer ensures cloud platforms are highly available, reliable, and scalable while driving automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support reliable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Terraform
Monitor system performance, availability, and incidents
Define SLAs, SLOs, and reliability metrics
Document operational processes and reliability standards

Required Skills

5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure experience
Strong experience in Azure and/or AWS
Terraform and automation expertise
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have

Kubernetes or container experience
Chaos engineering exposure
On‑call rotation experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
