The VCCP Partnership as a whole is an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels. Their founding client was BT Cellnet, now more commonly known as O2 and the most awarded brand in IPA effectiveness history.
Across the Partnership, we work with a broad spectrum of clients such as O2, CompareTheMarket, easyJet, Paddy Power, Dominos and Cadbury.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The Senior Frontend Developer is responsible for the user interface and interaction logic of our digital products. You will build responsive, data-driven interfaces that handle everything from standard web journeys to real-time AI streaming and conversational UI components.
Key Responsibilities
Build responsive layouts using HTML, JS, and CSS/SASS.
Integrate data from various APIs, including real-time generative AI outputs.
Manage frontend build tooling and asset exports from design tools.
Collaborate with .NET developers to ensure seamless integration with backend services.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of CSS preprocessors and modern JavaScript.
Strong TypeScript experience in a commercial environment.
Proven experience with responsive design patterns and layouts.
Understanding of Astro/SolidJS environments and how to integrate frontend assets into them, or another reactivity framework.
Experience working within an agile, JIRA-based workflow.
Beneficial
C#/.NET Core experience, specifically for backend integration.
Experience using Playwright within a .NET environment for frontend validation.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc, for asset export and UI consistency.
