Job: Senior Software Developer (Java / AWS / AEM)

Location: Malvern, PA (100% Onsite – Local Only) Rate: $55 - $65/hr | Duration: 6 Months+

The Role

We are seeking an 8–10 year Senior Developer for a high-impact BFSI project. This unique hybrid role requires Java/AWS microservices development combined with Adobe AEM Forms digitization and SRE (Site Reliability) practices.

Top 3 Requirements

Core Tech: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular 13+.
AEM Specialist: Must have hands-on experience developing Adobe AEM Forms and components from process maps.
SRE & Cloud: Expertise in AWS architecture, Chaos testing (Gremlin), and identifying failure modes across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

Build cloud-native applications using Lambda, S3, EC2, and DynamoDB.
Digitize complex business workflows into intuitive AEM forms.
Implement SRE practices: manage SLOs/SLIs, Error Budgets, and Resiliency architectures.
Conduct Chaos testing and develop SRE runbooks.

Qualifications

8–10 years of software engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD (Jenkins/Git).
Must be local to Malvern, PA.
