Job Specifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Clean Utilities Engineer to join a high-impact pharmaceutical expansion project in France. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry on a multi-year project critical to the client’s manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, specification, and implementation of clean utility systems (e.g., WFI, Clean Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, etc.) in line with GMP and project requirements
Oversee commissioning and qualification activities for clean utility systems
Coordinate with engineering consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Provide technical expertise during FAT, SAT, and validation activities
Support troubleshooting and resolution of clean utility-related issues during project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including process, CQV, and automation teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in clean utility engineering within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance for utility systems
Experience with project execution, commissioning, and qualification
Must be fluent in French, English is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
