Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within insurance and/or financial services

Proven experience working on technology-enabled business projects

Strong background in:

-Requirements elicitation and documentation

-Business process analysis and improvement

-Testing, validation, and UAT

-End-to-end delivery lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect details to broader business impacts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working within an insurance environment (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, or distribution)

Exposure to agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies

Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and vendors
