Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for complex initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements for technology teams.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Validate test results across complex payment platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify defects early in the delivery cycle, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
Ensure solutions align with risk management, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness standards.
Support Agile delivery processes, working closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance within complex enterprise environments.
Experience working with high-value payment systems and settlement methods such as Canada Lynx, SWIFT, and Fedwire.
Solid understanding of payment messaging and financial transaction workflows.
Experience with Agile methodologies and a Product Owner mindset.
Familiarity with Shift-Left testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira, JTMF, and Confluence.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
