Job Specifications

I am hiring for Service Governance, CMDB & Transition Analyst / Manager

Location: Knutsford - Hybrid / 3 days Per week in Office

Technical Skills

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and GRC tooling such as ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or OneTrust.
Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
Understanding of CMDB data models, service mapping, and configuration management principles.
Knowledge of information security controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.

Service Management & Governance

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
Experience with service introduction, transition planning, and operational readiness.
Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
