AI & Automation Platform Architect / Engineer – Role Summary

Architect and improve the internal developer platform, including golden paths, service templates, and standardized CI/CD workflows with policy enforcement.
Design reusable automation and platform components to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Develop workflow orchestration patterns and automation frameworks with strong observability, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms.
Review and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), scripting, and automation practices using tools such as PowerShell or Python.
Implement platform guardrails for security, compliance, and operational governance while reducing manual operational tasks through automation.
Architect and integrate enterprise AI services (Copilots, LLM-based services, internal APIs) into production delivery pipelines.
Define API contracts, routing, execution, monitoring, and governance for AI-driven workflows.
Ensure production readiness, monitoring, cost control, and reliability of AI-enabled systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, platform standards, and enterprise automation solutions.
