Job Title: IT Systems Administrator – MDM

Location: Wilmington, DE

Overview

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Master Data Management platforms and related infrastructure. This role will focus on system administration, patching, vulnerability management, application deployments, and incident response across a multi-layered technology environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise MDM platforms and related infrastructure
Manage scheduled maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Support application deployments and perform post-release validations
Troubleshoot incidents across MDM, PowerCenter, and Java API layers
Manage and maintain ~30 servers across Linux and Oracle Exadata environments
Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) exercises and support SLA requirements
Collaborate with development teams to resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

Strong Systems Administration experience supporting MDM platforms
Experience supporting enterprise automation using ansible automation platform
Experience managing patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response in enterprise environments

Nice to Have

Experience with Informatica IDMC or cloud-based MDM platforms
Experience with Oracle Exadata, .NET, or SQL Server environments
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter
Experience supporting Linux environments
