Job Title: Client Solutions Manager

Location: Hybrid 3 days on site in London

Remuneration: £37.50 p/h

Contract Details: Temporary, 8 Months

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on our client's advertising solutions.
Develop and execute client strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Analyse data and generate actionable insights to drive client success.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products, policies, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Cover UK, Nordics, and Turkey regions (primarily focusing on UK clients).
Work with major telco advertisers.
Set up campaigns efficiently.
Conduct data measurement and analysis.
Use AI tools to enhance client insights and performance transformation.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in client management, digital marketing, or advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with our client's advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of advertising media, particularly digital marketing.
Media planning and buying expertise.
Data analytics for performance measurement.

Good to Have Skills:

Agency experience (preferred over in-house).
Knowledge of our client's platforms and systems.
Telco experience (beneficial).
Account manager or director level profile preference.
